Classroom Excellence
Our student-athletes enroll in JUCO classes while maintaining athletic eligibility. Whether your son is a qualifier or non-qualifier, he will earn credits toward an Associate of Arts degree—setting a strong academic foundation.
Elite Strength & Conditioning
Our football training program is designed by USPA World Champion Runner-Up Tristian Nazelrod. Athletes at Florida Central Tech receive world-class workouts and personalized nutrition plans to maximize performance and overall health.

Maximum Exposure
We are committed to helping our athletes get recruited to four-year universities through:

Meet The Staff
Coach Woody
Active AD
Coach Woody is the President and CEO of Florida Central Tech, bringing visionary leadership and nearly two decades of experience in developing elite student-athletes.
​
He began his collegiate coaching career in 2013, serving in key roles such as Secondary Coach, Defensive Coordinator, and Associate Head Coach. Over the years, he’s built a reputation for excellence on the field and in the lives of his players.
​
Coach Woody has coached in top-tier all-star games like the FCS National Bowl and the BCS Tropical Bowl, working under legendary former Green Bay Packers coach Mike Stock. His coaching journey also includes international experience with Team America, where he coached alongside Lori Locust, now the defensive line coach for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
With a deep passion for mentorship and performance, Coach Woody combines his football expertise with a commitment to helping student-athletes reach their full potential—both in the classroom and on the field. His leadership continues to shape Florida Central Tech into one of the premier JUCO-prep programs in the country.
Head Coach
Len McNair
Coach Len McNair brings more than 30 years of coaching experience to Florida Central Tech, backed by a proven history of developing athletes and elevating them to the next level. Over the course of his career, he has helped countless student-athletes earn opportunities to play college football across the nation.
Coach McNair’s coaching journey spans every level of the sport—from youth leagues to high school, college, and semi-professional football. His passion for the game, combined with a deep commitment to player development, has earned him respect throughout the football community.
In 2021, he founded and became the CEO of a semi-professional football organization, demonstrating his leadership and continued dedication to advancing the sport. That same year, he joined Florida Central Tech as Defensive Coordinator, where he led the team to the #1 national defensive ranking in their division during his first season.
After that standout achievement, Coach McNair was promoted to Head Football Coach. Now leading the program, he is focused on building a championship-level culture and helping his players succeed on the field, in the classroom, and in life.
